- Ole Teresius Ohman Ohm (1864-1942) kom til Odda i 1896. I 1905 kjøpte han eigedomen "Rømbelsgarden" etter gullsmed Hellstrøm. Her dreiv han turistforretning og sal av antikvitetar. Huset var opphavleg berre på ei høgd og utan kjellar. Ohm bygde på to høgder til før 1. verdskrigen, og grov ut kjellar. Det var eit solid hus av tømmer, der Ohm budde i 2. høgde saman med kona Anna og sønene Olav, Eirik og Johannes. Tidlegare hadde det hatt flatt tak med gjerde rundt over butikken, og gesims rundt 2. etasje. Når butikken stengde, hengde dei på 2 treportar. Vindauga kunne opnast utanfrå. I lange kassar mellom vindauga var utstilt nips av alle slag. Også klede vart utstilt ute i butikktida. I venstre del av huset (mot bokhandel Hagen) hadde Malene Flatabø fruktforretning.
