History

    • Bildet er kommet inn til museet i forbindelse med kartlegging av Varangerhus. Eier/giver, Per Johan Henriksen, har bodd på gården "Slettemoen" - Kandolagården i Golnes. Gnr/b.nr 13//166 Et Varangerhus type 2

      Huset ble bygget av bestefaren Johan Severin Kandola med konen Anna. Moren, Raghnhild Henriksen (f.Kandola) vokste opp på gården. Faren Mathis Henriksen (f.1912) kom fra Nesseby. Fjøset ble revet i ca 1980.
