Porselensisolatorer til høyspentmaster fra ca. 1910. Det er i dag ca. 128 000 kilometer kraftlinjer i Norge. Ledninger i høye master, kabler under bakken og under vann binder Norge og Europa sammen i et stort kraftnett. Fremtidens energiløsninger vil kreve modernisering og nye utbygginger av distribusjonsnettet for elektrisitet.
Porcelain insulators for power transmission lines from around 1910. There are currently about 128,000 kilometers of power lines in Norway. Tall towers and underground and underwater cables tie Norway and Europe together in a large power grid. Future energy solutions will require modernization and the expansion of this grid.
