Laurdals uldvarefabrik var et ullspinneri og veveri i Lårdal, Tokke i Telemark. Det var grunnlagt av Olav Larsen Omdal og Eivind i 1891. Nedlagt i 1975.
Til å begynne med var det bare spinneri og forutsetningen for å legge et ullspinneri i Lårdal, var at Bandak-Nordsjøkanalen var bygd 1887-1892. Opprinnelig var det bare en vaskemaskin og en stampe drevet av en vannturbin med remskivesystem. Spinneriet tok imot leiespinning og stamping for bøndene i området. Alt gikk tapt i en brann i 1896, men Omdal bygget bedriften opp igjen. Nå ble virksomheten utvidet med veveri, appretur og fargeri. Det ble bygget en egen kraftstasjon for å drive alle de nye maskinene. Håndvevene ble byttet ut med mekaniske vevstoler i 1921. Olav Omdal døde i 1927 og døtrene hans overtok virksomheten med Karl Kristian Kleve som disponent. 1930-årene var spinneriets glansperiode, med 41 ansatte i 1935. Ullvarefabrikken produserte bl.a. ulltepper, vadmel, verken, møbelstoff og Cheviot, tweedstoffer. Fabrikken var en meget viktig arbeidsplass i lokalsamfunnet. Både kvinner og menn arbeidet som vevere.
