Triumph-Werke Nürnberg AG eller TWN, var et tysk sykkel- og motorsykkelfirma. I 1886 grunnla Siegfried Bettmann Triumph sykkelfabrikk i Coventry, England, og i 1896 grunnla han en andre sykkelfabrikk i hjemlandet Nürnberg, Tyskland, under samme Triumph-navn. Begge fabrikkene forgrenet seg til å lage motorsykler: Coventry-fabrikken i 1902 og Nürnberg-fabrikken i 1903.

I de første tiårene produserte Nürnberg-fabrikken modeller med samme 499 cc og 545 cc firetaktsmotorer som søsterfabrikken i Coventry.
Forvirring mellom motorsykler produsert av selskapene Coventry og Nuremberg Triumph førte til at sistnevnte produkter ble omdøpt til "Orial" for visse eksportmarkeder. Imidlertid var det allerede på 1920-tallet en orientalsk motorsykkelprodusent i Lyon, Frankrike, så Nürnberg-motorsyklene ble omdøpt igjen til "TWN", og sto for Triumph Werke Nürnberg.
I 1956 overtok Max Grundig Nürnberg-selskapet, fusjonerte det med sin Adler motorsykkel- og skrivemaskinvirksomhet og avsluttet motorsykkelproduksjon under Triumph- og TWN-navnene.
