- Wilhelm Koren Lund var apoteker på Bien, Hønefoss. Bysten er laget av hans gode venn legen Carl Albert Bull, cand.pharm. og cand.med., lege i Gjøvik. De to hadde arbeidet sammen på Apoteket Bien i Oslo. Etter apoteker Wilhelm Koren Lunds død, arvet giverens bror, Einar Lund, bysten. Han bodde lenge i Gräsmark i Sverige, men flyttet til sist til hjembygden Stange, Hedmark, hvor han døde i desember 1970, og hadde da bestemt at bysten skulle tilfalle museet (etter henstilling av dr. philos, apoteker Carl Stousland).
