Bjørnstad 8 (S39) er tolket som en mannsgrav, datert til 200-tallet, trolig andre halvdel av århundret. Daterbare gjenstander var et våpensett og tre hankekar. På bakgrunn av våpnene ble anlegget ble tolket som en mannsgrav. Det ble avdekket spor etter kistekanter, gulv og jordfaste stolper i fire hjørner. Anlegget var en ubrent grav, både størrelsen og de jordfaste stolpene taler for at den kan defineres som en kammergrav. Det var bevart rester etter en fotgrøft (S40) rundt anlegget. Fotgrøftens indre diameter var 14x16 meter, og betegner størrelsen på en antatt gravhaug som har dekket graven. Graven ble gravd i lagvis i en halvdel av gangen. Da første halvdel var fjernet ble en profil dokumentert før det resterende materialet ble fjernet (se Rødsrud 2006).Funnet: 2006
