Sonofrene i Trøndelag er en fellesbetegnelse på ti norske menn som under unntakstilstanden i Midt-Norge høsten 1942 ble henrettet som sonofre uten lov og dom i Falstadskogen. Henrettelsene var ment som en advarsel fra rikskomissær Josef Terboven og de tyske okkupasjonsmyndighetene til den norske motstandsbevegelsen og resten av det norske samfunnet om at motstand mot okkupasjon og nyordning ikke var akseptabelt.Henrettelsene ble besluttet – og kunngjort – allerede på unntakstilstandens første dag, 6. oktober, da åtte av ofrene ble fraktet fra Trondheim til Falstad fangeleir; de to siste var allerede innsatt i fangeleiren.
De ti mennene ble skutt ved daggry 7. oktober, og ble gravlagt i Falstadskogen. De er etter krigen ikke gjenfunnet, og det har blitt hevdet at de var blant levninger som kort tid før kapitulasjonen ble gravd opp for å bli brakt om bord i et fartøy som deretter ble senket på fjorden.
