I forbindelse med nyinnredning av husene fra Enerhaugen i 2011-12, ble Norsk Folkemuseum kontaktet av Jørn Hilton (f. 1950). Han og hans søster Thorill (f. 1946) hadde som barn, fram til 1954, bodd sammen med moren Else (1914-1984) og mormoren Martha Olsen (1889-1968) i Stupinngata 10. Martha bodde der fram til 1959. Jørn og Thorill ble museets hovedinformanter ved nyinnredningen.
Jørn og Thorills oldeforeldre, Augusta (1861-1940) og Marius Andresen (1862-1930), hadde flyttet inn i Johannes gate 4 i 1909. Datteren Martha med tre barn flyttet inn i Stupinngata 10 i 1916. Fra 1916 til Augustas død i 1940 bodde familien i begge husene, og gårdsplassen fungerte som deres «storstue». I 1925 bodde i Johannes gate 4 – i tillegg til Augusta og Marius og deres yngste datter Rakel (1906-1988) – sønnen David (1899-1975) og datteren Esther (1897-1963) med ektefeller og barn.
Museet tok kontakt med en rekke av Augusta og Marius' etterkommere og lånte inn og avfotograferte private fotoalbum, som tilsammen gir et levende bilde av familielivet i den perioden Augusta, Marius og deres barn og barnebarn bodde på Enerhaugen. Svært mange av fotografiene er tatt av Esthers mann, Albert Scheinpflug (1892-1948). Han var født i den delen av Østerrike-Ungarn som skulle bli Tsjekkoslovakia, og var emaljemaler og en dyktig fotograf og kunstmaler.
