Fartøyet til venstre i bildet er en britisk lett krysser av Arethusa-klassen, høyst sannsynlig HMS Aurora. Til høyre i bildet sees en polsk jager, ORP Grom eller ORP Blyskawica. Disse fartøyene deltok i gjenerobringen av Narvik i mai 1940.
