Sættems Hotel til venstre. Jacob Sættem var urmaker og det var fruen Marie som drev hotell. Det lå i et anneks som ble oppført i bakgården. Som enke solgte Marie Sættem gården i 1915.
Urmakerforretninga holdt til i leide lokaler i Larsens Hotel, huset som lå nærmest nedafor. Hotelldrifta stoppa ved utgangen av mars i 1916 da baker Trygstad overtok eiendommen.
