E. Sunde & Co. (Esco).

I have a cast iron miniature tub that has E. Sunde & Co, Kristiania, Cimbria and Improt on it. I believe this to be an advertisement item for E. Sunde & Co. I believe Cimbria was the name of a ship that docked in New York a couple of times before sinking and losing 389 people. It is possible this is a memorial advertising item sent to the US. I believe Improt was meant to be Import? Or perhaps there is an Improt family that was involved at E Sundes & Co or that died on the ship that was a close friend/customer of E Sundes? Perhaps this item was sent to the family or to New York Plumbing Stores? I will be selling on Ebay if you are interested in purchasing to go with this photograph? I cannot seem to find another like it anywhere. Just thought i'd offer it to you first as it relates to your photograph and is historical in nature for Oslo, Norway.
