Skien-Telemarkens Dampskipsselskap, også kjent som Skien-Telemarkens Dampskips-aktieselskab, drev gods- og persontrafikk på strekningene mellom Skien-Notodden og Skien-Dalen i Telemark (Telemarkskanalen).
Selskapet ble opprettet i 1900 gjennom en sammenslåing av de 5 dampskipselskapene Nordsjøselskapet, Inland, Telemarken, Bratsberg og Dalen. Første generalforsamling ble avholdt 6. juni 1900. Ved opptagelse i firmaregisteret 7. august 1900 hadde selskapet en aksjekapital på kr. 300.000,- fordelt på aksjer á kr. 100,-.
Ved oppstarten hadde selskapet 8 skip i trafikk. Selskapet kjøpte i 1909 Lundegaten 3 (gnr/bnr 300/2656) ved dampskipsbrygga i Skien. Her hadde selskapet egne administrasjonslokaler, bestående av kontorer, direksjonsværelse, ekspedisjonslokaler, privatbolig for disponenten samt mekanisk verksted.
Selskapet var engasjert i utvikling av samferdselen i Telemark. Det tok blant annet initiativ til opprettelsen av Automobillaget Haukeli (ruten Dalen – Odda) og hadde interesser i Øst-Telemarkens- og Fyresdal automobilselskaper
