I 2017 kom det gateadresser på Grøtavær, og veien som går nederst i bildet delvis skjult av trær heter nå Grøtsundveien. På tvers øverst i bildet går Toppsundveien, og i vegkrysset oppe til venstre tar Langosveien av og går på skrå nedover mot høyre. Det lave hvite bygget med rødt tak øverst midt i bildet var bedehuset ”Salem” (gnr. 97/60, Toppsundveien 1462). I dag (2020) er huset ombygd til bolighus. Det store bygget til høyre øverst i bildet er baptistkirken ”Klippen” (gnr. 97/21, Toppsundveien 1451), oppført i 1920.
Medfølgende opplysninger fra Fjellanger Widerøe nevner "Asbjørg Alvestad, brødrene Henriksen i Harstad". Det er usikkert hva det sistnevnte refererer til. Norman Alvestad (1912-1990) og Johanna Alvestad (1914-1997) bodde imidlertid i det store huset i forgrunnen (gnr. 97/58, Grøtsundveien 62).
