    • Kasserer Harald Mallings hus.

      Grosserer B.J. Pettersson (f. 1833 Malung i Sverige - d. 1916 Kristiania) er registrert på denne adressen i Folketelling for Kristiania 1900. Gravlagt på Vår Frelsers gravlund. Graven er fredet. Andre beboere: hans kone Kerstin (1828-1908) og husholdersken Anna Hedén (f. 1875). Hans sønn, grosserer Jonas Pettersson (1864-1933) overtok eiendommen etter sin fars død i 1916. Han bodde der sammen med sin kone Ragnhild Elise Pettersson (1870-1961). Noen år etter sin manns død på 1930-tallet flyttet hun til Stockholm.
