Karen-Marie Flagstad (født 24. november 1904, død 25. desember 1992) var en norsk operasanger, kjent som en av landets ledende i sin tid. Hun var søster til den verdenskjente Kirsten Flagstad og datter av Michael Flagstad og Maja Flagstad.
Blant hennes roller nevnes i hovedstaden, der hun med familien var innrullert i det gryende operamiljø som Opera Comique og etterhvert fikk sin scenedebut (1926). Blant hennes tidligste roller var i Eduard Künnekes Fetteren fra Batavia og Emerich Kálmáns Bajaderen. Sin første store rolle var som Amor i Christoph Willibald Glucks Orfeus (Centralteatret, 1935) og Giuiletta i Jacques Offenbachs Hoffmans eventyr (Nationaltheatret, 1938) der Olav Kielland dirigerte.[1]
Hun reiste ut og sang blant annet i amerikansk radio. Ved tyske scener var hun Salome og Ariadne i Richard Strauss' Ariadne auf Naxos. Hun var gift med den østerrikske pianisten Johann Crkal og opptrådte i Italia og Frankrike som Karen Marie Crkal, først gjestende sammen med sin søster ved La Scala som Ortlinde i Wagners Die Walküre (1948).[2] Rollen ble gjentatt i Bordeaux sammen med Beate Asserson (1954) og i Roma (1953). Ved La Scala fant man henne fem år senere som Wellgunde i Götterdämmerung (1953).[3]
Tidvis oversatte hun operaer (blant annet Carl Maria von Webers Die Jägerbraut, Beethovens Fidelio og Eugen d’Alberts Tiefland; for NRK), deltok i radio med blant annet broren Lasse Flagstad ved klaveret (1946), var styremedlem i Norsk Operaforbund og virket ved Folketeatret. Hun var tilsatt ved den (av hennes søster ledete) Den Norske Opera (1958–61) der hun gjorde furore som Ågot i Waldemar Thranes Fjeldeventyret (1960) og senere var repetitør (som sin mor).
