Roland Juno-106 er en av flere synthesizere i Rolands Juno-serie. Modellen ble produsert mellom 1984 og 1988. Synthen har vært mye brukt av norske band, blant annet i elektronikamiljøet i Tromsø og Bergen siden slutten av 1980-tallet og frem til i dag.
Juno-106 er en hybrid mellom en analog og digital synthesizer, og var blant de siste synthesizerne med fadere og knotter på frontpanelet. I tillegg til de analoge funksjonene hadde instrumentet stort minne og var blant de tidlige synthene med standarden MIDI, Musical Instrument Digital Interface. Juno-106 er en polyfon synthesizer som kan spille av seks toner samtidig.
Juno-106 var i sin tid rimelig, men Roland produserte også en enda billigere utgave av instrumentet, kalt HS-60. Denne hadde innebygde høyttalere og var en bærbar utgave av Juno-106.
