I 1967 skiftet Collett & Co navn til Collett AS, og flyttet fra Oslo til Asker. Samtidig kjøpte selskapet opp lysprodusenten Tyri Fabrikker i Drammen. Collett og Marwell Hauge fusjonerte til Collett-Marwell-Hauge AS (CMH) i 1974)
