Helt vest i feltet lå en 1,6 m tykk, halvmåneformet åkerrein. Den hadde dannet seg i bunnen av en helling og ned mot sjøkanten. Tykkelsen i den snittede delen var opp mot 1,6 m. Det var flere kullinser i bunnen av reinen (lag 4). Ellers var strukturen i hovedsak bygget opp av matjord (lag 3). Det foreligger en 14C-datering fra en kullinse i bunnen av denne strukturen til 750-405 f.Kr., dvs. overgangen mellom bronsealder og jernalder. En 14C-datering fra en av de øvre kullinsene i profilen og en 14C-datering av bunnen av det overliggende matjordslaget faller begge innenfor 785-1010 e.Kr., dvs. vikingtid. Det er analysert en pollenserie fra åkerreinen (56302/5). Denne analysen peker mot korndyrkning og husdyrhold på lokaliteten tilbake til overgangen bronsealder/jernalder.Funnet
