Johannes Bugge Piene (født 7. oktober 1874 i Inderøy, død 12. april 1954 i Oslo) var en norsk portrettmaler.[1]
Han var sønn av prost Carl Wilhelm Piene. Han tok ex.phil. ved Det Kongelige Frederiks Universitet 1893, var elev ved Statens Kunst- og Håndverksskole 1892-94 og studerte senere i Antwerpen (1895), Berlin (1896), Paris (1897). Hjemme var han lærer ved Den kvindelige industriskole i Christiania 1901–46, var overlærer ved Oslo tekniske skole, og i administrasjonen ved Oslo mellomskole. Flere av hans verk henger i Oslo bymuseum, og han utferdiget blant annet altertavlen i Nydalen kapell.
Han var far til matematikeren Kay Waldemar Kielland Piene.
