Sivilarkitekt Arne Foss ga sin bildesamling til Finmarksbiblioteket (Finnmark fylkesbibliotek) i 1995. Han jobbet på Finnmarkskontoret under gjenreisningstid i 1946-1947, først i Harstad, i Vadsø og lengste periode i Tana. I Finnmark tok han mange hundre bilder.
