Lorentz Severin Skougaard (født 11. mai 1837 i Farsund, død 1885 i New York) var en norskfødt tenor. Han var bror til offiseren Johan Skougaard.

I New York, hvor Skougaard senere døde, ble han en fetert sangpedagog. Hans gravminne ses på Langesund kirkegård i Telemark.
