Stort bolighus oppført av mur og tre. Jens Kaasbøl (1762-1811) og hustru Margrethe født Thiel (1772-1842) sitt landsted i Myra, bygd 1818: lystgården Margrethes Fryd, hvor man mot Carl Johans vilje feiret 17.mai 1828, og der enkefru Margrethe Kaasbøl måtte bo i fattigdom etter mannens konkurs pga Napoleonskrigene.
