    • Opprinnelig Sandakerbakken, husmannsplass under Sandaker gård. Villaen oppført 1854 av brukseier Iver Olsen. Registrert som Severin Jacobsens villa i 1901. Har huset Thor Olsens stiftelse, nå barnehage. Til venstre Bjølsen valsemølle.
