History

    • Gunnar Utsonds skulptur ble først vist på Jubileumsutstillingen på Frogner i 1914 og senere plassert ved Sjømannsskolen på Ekeberg.

      Oscar Hvalbye (1864-1938) tok teologisk embetseksamen 25 år gammel. Han arbeidet for bymisjonen (Kristiania Indremisjon) og var prest i Sagene menighet. Som ivrig amatørfotograf samarbeidet han med sin gode venn Anders B. Wilse. Han var virksom i Oslo i perioden ca 1890-1920. Hans fotosamling ble i 1986 gitt til Oslo Bymuseum.
