Morter med støter fra Oplandske Spritfabrik. Fra midten av 1800-tallet ble omsetningen av brennevin stadig strengere regulert. I de fleste kommuner ble salg og skjenking forbudt. I de større byene ble salget lagt til kommunale samlag, og inntektene brukt til sosiale og ideelle formål.
