Postkort med Harstad gamle postkontor som motiv.
Bildet er tatt en gang i 1930-1940-årene.
Bygget ble reist i 1923 etter tegninger av Arthur Darre Kaarbø og Fredrik Arnesen. Det er reist i tyvetalls-klassisistisk stil. De to arkitektene drev arkitektkontor i Bergen og tegnet også postkontoret i Svolvær. Arthur D. Kaarbø var sønn av Ole Johan Kaarbø i Svolvær, Rikard Kaarbøs bror).
