Serie fotografier fra album NF.1982-1041, innkommet fra boet til Maria Quisling (1900-1980). Hun var fra 1923 gift med Vidkun Quisling (1887-1945), offiser og politiker, ministerpresident 1940-45.
Motivserien knytter seg til Fyresdal i Telemark der Vidkun Quisling ble født inn i en tallrik slekt i 1887, som sønn av prost Jon Lauritz Quisling og Anna Karoline Bang. Faren var fra 1879 sogneprest i hjembygda Fyresdal og dertil prost i Øvre Telemark. Da Vidkun var 4 år, ble faren res.kap. i Strømsø i Drammen, og fra 1900 var han sogneprest i Gjerpen og prost i Skien.
Farfaren var lensmann i Fyresdal, Lars Abraham Quisling. Han dyrket opp Lunden gård i Hegglandsgrend, og til gården hørte plassen/husmannsplassen Toen/Lundetoen beliggende i lia ovenfor. Gården ble overtatt av datter Anne Susanne Malene, og flere av de ti barna var bosatt der. Slik faller det naturlig at motivene i albumet knytter seg til liv og virke på Lunden gård og i Fyresdal prestegård.
I Fyresdal er det to kirker, Moland kirke som er hovedkirken med Veum kirke som annekskirke.
