I forgrunnen Myhre & Five AS, trelastfirma. Da Trøndelagsutstillingen skulle arrangeres i 1930, måtte området fraflyttes. Five dro til Størdal og der ble Aasen & Five AS etablert. Oluf Edvard Myhre flyttet til en brygge i Sandgata og etablerte firma sammen med sin sønn Gunnar, og som ble til AS Myhre & sønn.
