Selskapet gjekk konkurs i 1925. Ullensvang Privatbank måtte overta eigedomane. I 1935 gjekk dei over til Hardanger Frukt A/S, lutmidelen kr. 61.200 vart teikna av fruktdyrkarar i Sørfjorden, Hansa Bryggeri, A/S J. E. Mowinkel og Ullensvang Privatbank. Kjemikar K. Vestly vart disponent. I 1957 stogga drifta.
Fotografering: 1900 - 1917
